I'm Jai Perkins — author, publisher, and creative visionary behind Perkins Publishing House. I create to connect, to heal, to inspire, and to leave something that lasts.

Perkins Publishing House is the creative home for words that heal, stories that inspire, music that speaks, and designs that move. We publish with purpose and create with soul. While The Paintbrush Sisters children's series is what's published and out in the world right now, my creative vision spans far beyond — poetry, healing, wellness, devotionals, and stories for every stage of life.

I am not only a children's book author — I am a creative publisher. Through two imprints, Ink & Essence and Grace & Grit, I serve readers who are looking for stories that reflect their beauty, strength, and creativity. Every project is a piece of my heart on the page.
